BATON ROUGE - Franklin J. Foil, candidate for State Representative from District 70, today released his household financial income report as required by the failed reengrossed version of House Bill 730. “Just because HB730 didn’t pass, doesn’t mean we as candidates shouldn’t volunteer this information anyway,” said Foil. Foil’s report details his household income from 2006, though Foil said the sources of income are the same in 2007. “I challenge every candidate for office to do this,” said Foil. “If you’re serious about running for office, than you should be serious about ethics.”
